I walked into class today. I forgot! Today was my day to write scribe notes. So I got out a sheet of paper and started writing. Mr. Becker and another student were having a "constructive, negotiable" discussion about particular ways that one folds paper. Soon after, Mr. Becker elaborated about the website and answered any questions. We eventually went to the writing lab. Today we would be learning how to use turnitin.com. We all sat at a computer and started listening to the directions. To some it was new, to others it was business. After we put in the codes for our class, I and a few friends went straight to typing. I have to say that I had some fun with the typing. Hey, at least it's something that I could do while I was stuck here. But, like all other good things, our time in the Writing Lab was over before we knew it. Returning from class, we concluded that we needed to go back to the lab. Mr. Becker didn't buy it. Perhaps it was because it was unfairly priced or maybe the salesmanship was bad. Didn't matter though we'd stay in the room until the bell rang. Until then, we sat and listened to Mr. Becker tell us what and what not to do when finishing our essays. Looking at the clock, I realize we have 5 minutes left. Yes, I'm that eager to leave school. At the last minute, Mr. Becker handed out the Essay Tests. We all read it and celebrated or we read it and wept. Just then, the bell rang and everyone piled out to their ride home.
