Melissa F. 7th Hour

AS I walked into seventh hour yesterday I had hoped all day that today we would have another work day on our essays. In Studentspeak that means "work on other homework so we don't have it tonight". But not a big suprise, that was not what was in store for us today. We geared up and continued on our trek into the Great 1984 Essay. After seeing the reactions of our class while editing some pretty rough papers I realized how subjective grading can be even with such a concrete scoring guide. Not too many questions came out of this editing, so I am guessing we have 20 Four Star papers in here. Just kidding. I think we all learned those are out of reach... even for Orwell. We worked our way to the bell with only a minute to spare. Everyone crowded to the door, the bell rang, and the day was done. Nothing too dramatic happened yesterday, except that the four star dreamers dreams, were crushed.
