Scribe notes on a Friday... joy. And to top it off as soon as i walk in the class room i get handed a test, I can tell today is gonna be a blast. The test took everyone about ten to twenty min. to finish. The passage was about some old lady who watched these kids while their neglectful father was out and about. Not the most interesting text I've ever read. Then the rest of the class time was ours to read our wonderful book we received that is probably three times older than we are. I think this author might have had class with Jesus. Anyways, there is twenty five min. left until the weekend and judging from everyone elses body language nobody wants to be here at all and especially reading. Well it's five min. left of class and as I looked around I could tell about half of us had stopped reading due to boredom. Then it's time for the daily scribe notes to be read and after that everyone is texting and planning out their weekend and yet the teacher sees none of this. That's what four years of high school can do for you. Then the bell rang... freedom.

Nick G 3rd Hour. Today I entered class and couldn't help but overhear a conversation about a couple of FHC alumni who had been arrested for car hopping. The annoying yet ever changing warning bell went off and Mr.Daugherty rolled in wearing a t-shirt that was so awesome I myself would consider purchasing. Right before the bell rang Ian was given a sweet looking frisbee... Where's mine? I then continued to sing "I Got A Feeling" by the infamous Black Eyed Peas and was informed that the song was stuck in Mr.Becker's head, subsequently ruining his day. Score one for Nick. After greeting the class we went over some community cards where everyone got to hear some juicy gossip about Tracy and myself as a result we pondered that all dog kennels are shelter but, not all shelters are kennels. The class was informed that we would all be taking a reading assesment, how fun! The assesment was based on a short story about an elderly woman who was ready to retire from being a nanney & maid, but the head of household sabotaged her into continuing care for his family. One by one students turned in the assesment and almost everyone began to read
"1984". Some were more interested in their appearance and hygiene while others began writing the first response to the novel. Approximately five minutes before the class ended everyone started talking about various things. The bell rang and everyone eagerly shuffled out, ready for the weekend.

Ryan D.1st hour.AS the bell rang at 7:25,a tall figure walked in front of the class and it turned out it was our teacher Mr.Becker.next the teacher reads cards to learn about the students in the class, when he got to the second card, the teacher and the stundent go in debth talking about vollyball, then they talked about vollyball in general.as the clock on the wall read 7:42 the cards stoped and it became silent.next as the reading stoped the teacher asks "make sure i did not forget anthing?"(the students to tired to speak)the teacher says "other questions?".lastly the teacher says(with a smile) "students pull out your books and continue reading" when 8:20 rolls around the sound of the bell had set us free to go to our next class.
